Why the product can't pair with my phone?
Please make sure the earbuds are in pairing mode and not paired by other device, the indicator flashes red and blue means it's in pairing mode. 2. Clear the pairing history of your phone. Turn off the Bluetooth then turn on, and pair again.
Why the bluetooth headset not charge when using wireless charging?
Please make sure that the sensor (Lightning Logo “F” ) on the back of the headphone charging case, corresponds to the center position placed on the wireless charger cradle. Otherwise it will not charge properly.
Why there is a delay?
There is a data transmission process from your phone to the product, sometimes you can feel delay. It's a common issue for all the Bluetooth devices, and Bluetooth V5.3 already made it better than the old versions.
Why people can't hear me in the call?
Please make sure you wear 2 earbuds when making calls. and check if there is any dirt blocked the microphone.
Only 1 earbud pair with my phone.
You need to let the 2 earbuds pair first, one indicator flash blue and another flash blue and red means 2 earbuds paired, and then turn on phone bluetooth to pair with the earbuds.

Does it come with a disk for it to attach to?

My phone is kind of fat since i had a ring holder stuck to the back of my phone.
What biggest size that fit hold ?
I think any cell phone will fit in it. The major concern is what kind of air vents does your car have.
My only concern about this kind of phone mounts is the risk of damage the vents?
