I feel that the volume is too low after using the FM transmitter, what should I do?
In order to get the best volume, please turn up the volume of the mobile phone and FM transmitter to the maximum, and then adjust the volume of the car speakers.
Why can't the FM transmitter pair with my phone's Bluetooth, or the Bluetooth connection is unstable?
Any other Bluetooth device will interfere with the mobile phone Bluetooth signal when turned on. Please turn off the temporarily unused Bluetooth devices, such as Bluetooth earbuds, speakers, etc., and try again.
How long are the side arms that hold the phone?
FM signals are susceptible to environmental interference, which is normal. If the noise is too loud, you can try another blank FM frequency, or use the AUX jack input.
My product doesn't work and I don't know why, what should I do?
